We have an in-house drawing office that utilises the latest 3D modelling software TeklaStructures to produce general arrangement and fabrication drawings. With the ability to model different materials such as timber (rafters, glulam), concrete (foundations, walls and columns) and masonry, we are able to produce a highly accurate structural model of your project, ensuring that all the elements fit and connect with each other as they would on site. Not only does this maintain high levels of accuracy and detailing, but it can also spot clashes and potential problems on site before they occur.

We can seamlessly integrate with other disciplines using 3D modelling, exporting data files that can be directly imported into structural analysis software and AutoCad. This enables us to reduce the risk of errors, speed up the design process and ensure that all information is kept in-line with the latest construction information.
